About Us
Our family-run company has undergone significant transformation over the past 15 years, under the stewardship of our two directors, Anna and Michael Ephgrave.
Anna's passion for babies and young children has been a driving force throughout her life. She has dedicated over a decade to fostering children and has extensive experience in teaching, with 27 years under her belt. Having served as an advanced skills teacher and Assistant Head Teacher, Anna has an impressive track record of leading her Early Years teams to four consecutive Outstanding grades from Ofsted. She champions child-led learning, which prioritizes children's autonomy and respect. Now an accomplished independent author and consultant, Anna supports practitioners in the UK and beyond. She has published five books, including the popular "Planning in the Moment."
